Terms and Conditions

With every order there is a $50 delivery and pickup fee, as well as a $15 service charge *subject to change based on order size and distance*. In order for an order to be considered confirmed there must be a 50% nonrefundable deposit made.
Any order made within 24 hours of event will result in an additional fee.
For deliveries made to apartment buildings, we bring rented items to the door but not upstairs.
If for any reason weather issues such as heavy storms or blizzard conditions occur at the time of the event deposits are non-refundable. However we are happy to reschedule!
